This post was totally not planned, but today I was taking some nail polish swatches in front of white pear tree blossoms and I got inspired to paint my nails white. White is not a spring colour, but I like wearing it all year around (although it looks best in the summer when I have tanned skin). So today I won't share with you any nail art or anything, just my nails painted in white.
I already talked about Essence Wild White Ways polish on my blog (I made a comparison with other white polishes). I use up white nail polish as quickly as none other. I bet I finish two or three bottles a year. I use it a lot for nail art and stamping, and also as a base for neon polishes. It's hard to find a good white opaque cream shade in our drugstores, or at least, it was in the past. I personally adore Essence polish. It's cheap (1,69 € for 8 ml), easy to apply and it's opaque in two thicker coats. It dries semi-matte, but I usually never wear it alone, so I always apply a top coat for additional shine. I also liked Essie Blanc, but paying 10 € for a polish I use up in few months is just too much. Later I also made a simple design over it, but that I'll show you in another post.
